I love this….wish I could remember it more often.
When we stop and take a moment to reflect on our day, we are propelled in to the present moment. This is were all the true “gifts” are. Stay in that moment and you’ll open yourself up to all possibilities. Taking an opportunity to turn one moment into two, then two into three and so fourth, you’ll see how simple a meditation this can be. By placing an intention to create the space for this time is key. Begin upon waking and declaring to make this time for yourself. As anything else that we practice for more than 30 days, it will become habit. Let’s give it a try and see what “gifts” you’ll discover. Feel free to share your discoveries here with us. Often we hear that people find more patience, grace, peace and joy, now who couldn’t use a little more of that?!?
